a&r owes much of their sonic stylization to technology, but much more to the originality and vision of its charismatic members, Rocko Rochee and Alex Kramer. The Chicago born electro-pop act recently moved from the Windy City to New York City, specifically Brooklyn, the heart of all things hip. a&r's music is a perfect hybrid of human and machine, of heart and circuit board; sophisticated pop music disguised as electronica.
